parties lined up before opening so far. ..

March 10th dinner. Passed plates: sea urchin, nicoise, deviled eggs, beets. April 21st cocktail reception at "C"- 200 people. Passed canapés; steak tartare, beets, deviled eggs, octopus, uni pana cota's... for now April 30th Monday evening. 800-900 per person. Less than 20 people. 4 to 5 courses with wine.
