(SIP) pancake and waffle batter recipe. (brunch)

This is Joli original recipe which makes very fluffy and airy pancakes just do not over mix and make sure to do dry and wet separate, folding together prior to service with a spatula or spoon. NO WISK OR BLENDER. 1.5 cups cups baking powder. .5 cups baking soda. 9 cartons buttermilk quarts. 53 eggs. 10 cups melted butter. . 5 cups vanilla extract. . 5 cups salt. 38 cups cups A.P. flour 7 cups sugar. Very easy if you have ever made pancake batters before. Mix all the dry in one large bowl and mix the liquids in a separate bowl. Once both are mixed, fold one into the other. Gently. Keep as cold as possible and do not make until last moment. This recipe makes many many orders, certainly more than needed in the home environment so adjust accordingly.
