Herbs...

Every year we do one half whiskey barrel full of assort herbs. This one in paticular has several diffrent species of mint and then the usual cooking herbs, thyme, rosemary, tarragon. We do the Basils in one of the ground plots because they grow so large and eventually overtake all the other herbs that grow closer to the ground. Also, she likes to have 3-4 varieties of Basil, same with the mints. This year we did have a neighbor cut a whiskey barrel in half, at first we were going to do 2 herb patches, but since its our last year here I decided to try and do a small strawberry patch ONE MORE TIME...
