Convinced to keep the tomato plants through the month of October was a good idea. First are the "Big Boy", the heirloom, San Marzanos and the ones that seem to be producing the most new fruit in the cooler month, the cherry and plum. Even though all the plants were "topped off" they continue to grow. The pepper plants are finally begining to produce almost ripe produce, and the heirloom squash.
