Tiger Lilly

The tiger lily (Lilium lancifolium) is a perennial flower native to parts of China, Japan, and Korea. The flower's name comes from the Greek word lirion, which means "pure, white lily". Tiger lilies are known for their vibrant orange blooms with striking black or crimson spots. According to Wiki, they are hardy plants that can thrive in a variety of growing conditions. Which would explain why these guys thrived in our garden this year. Growing, some up to 7 feet tall.
